How to return your item(s)

Included in your order parcel(s) will be an Order Summary Form, which also has an Exchanges and Refunds Form on the back. Please complete the Exchanges and Refunds Form and follow its instructions with regards to returning the item(s) by post. Note that if you wish to return an item because you believe it is defective or incomplete, please first contact us before returning the item.
